Jesse & LizSpradley

Jesse and Liz Spradley have been married since 2005, and all of their married life has been spent working and serving in the local church in Houston. They have been traveling to Latin America leading teams, serving on teams, and traveling independently for the last 15 years.

Jesse grew up the son of a pastor, the oldest of 4 boys, and moved all over the south before finally landing in Houston his 9th grade year. Liz grew up in Houston with parents completely devoted to loving and serving God and instilling this heart for God in their 3 daughters.

Jesse and Liz have a 6 year old son, Hudson, who loves living life and genuinely enjoys making people smile and a daughter, Luci, born in 2016. Liz has a passion to model being a mom and a wife while serving the body of Christ with the gifts with which God has given her.

Jesse and Liz both worked for many years at Second Baptist Church in Houston,  Fairfield Baptist in Cypress, Texas and have been in Latin America serving since 2013.

Jesse, Liz, and Hudson (Luci the jury is still out) all LOVE to travel. Before they were married, Liz was a flight attendant for 5 years and spent that time traveling the world. God has given their family the opportunity to travel all over the world, and they have been impacted in a big way by the beauty of God's lands and people that He created. No matter where they have been, they have found that people are people. No matter where you live, every person on earth was created to know God’s love; and Jesse, Liz, and Hudson have a desire to show that Love to Latin America.

The "Mission to the World" Team

The Anchor Project has been blessed to contractually partner with an amazing group of God loving people in La Ceiba Honduras.  There are a total of 6 families, including the Spradleys, that have chosen to serve as missionaries in La Ceiba.

Team Leaders John and Kathy Clow. The Clows have been serving with MTW since 2002. Their first term was spent working alongside Isaiah 55 Deaf Ministries in Reynosa, Mexico, where they hostedshort-term volunteers. In 2009, the Clows joined the church-planting team in La Ceiba, Honduras.

Seth and Renee McLaughlin are called to La Ceiba, Honduras, to serve the Lord through medicine and theological education. During a trip to La Ceiba, they were struck by the great need for gospel transformation in all areas of life and knew God was drawing them to serve this City.

Adam and Michelle Cain are called to serve the people of Honduras. Both of them grew up participating in missions trips through their respective churches and both developed hearts for the poor and the lost. In 2007, they took their first missions trip together to Uganda. While there, the Lord placed a desire in their hearts to serve orphans in cross-cultural mission work.

Mike and Ashley Troxell. Mike was born and raised in Pennsylvania and Ashley was born on the mission field in the Philippines. Before they married, Mike was a leader with Reformed University Fellowship at Penn State and Ashley taught special education and served as a worship leader and Sunday school teacher. Mike graduated from Penn State with a master’s degree in architectural engineering and Ashley majored in special and elementary education.

Shannon Innes de Ordoñez is married to Lester and the 2 of them have 5 kids. Shannon serves as the founder and director of the single mothers home in La Ceiba.  A long with running a ministry in Honduras, Shannon has just given birth to twins.
